i'm up and running!
I decided I needed a bit of a kick up the butt to get me running properly again (looks at the snow that's been falling this afternoon *shiver*).....so I'm doing the Up and Running 10k spring course!
I've got a 10k to do in May and even though I know I can do the distance I've found it very hard to get motivated to run outside lately and as a result my inspiration tank has been a bit empty. I know this is about to turn around, thanks to Julia and Shauna's trademark kick-arse programme, and I'm very excited!
The course has started with its traditional warm-up weekend, where it's all about getting your head in the zone, but there's still time to join us before the course officially kicks off. You can register here and registration closes tomorrow. If you need your running inspiration tank topped up, I highly recommend it - I'm feeling more inspired already and we haven't even started yet!
There's been a bit of a fitness revival in this household, I must say. Tom is keen to join me on my runs - and my Pilates (that will be interesting!) - so I'll have a buddy too, that's always super motivating J
