You may recall that I went to a rather glam photo shoot in November for a Healthy Heroes special in an upcoming issue of Holland and Barrett's Healthy magazine.....well, it's out now!
There's such a diverse range of stories - some of us have achieved and maintained a significant weight loss, others have survived breast cancer or manage fibromyalgia, depression and skin disorders through a transformed lifestyle. It was such an honour to be included in the line up, especially with fellow bloggers Laura and Alex! Meeting some of these lovely people at the shoot put a lot in perspective for me. Good health is such a gift and I try not to take it for granted.
