Ritual are a specialty coffee company that roast delicious coffee beans from their headquarters in Launceston, Tasmania. They supply cafes but also run barista courses and a subscription service called The Coffee Circle where coffee lovers all over Australia can receive Ritual's special beans via mail. You can sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months. Once a month, Ritual pick a delicious coffee and roast it exclusively for Coffee Circle subscribers. Recently they've featured the best of 2012's harvests from El Salvador, Guatemala and Panama; over the summer they'll be offering beans from Colombia and Burundi (among others).
The Ritual team are very passionate about coffee and this is reflected in everything they do - I particularly love reading their blog to hear the stories behind the latest beans and blends they've got in. The Coffee Circle is a really fun way to experience the huge variety in the world of coffee.
